Emotional labor, including the significance of the following six areas:
Products: emotion itself is part of the product, such as the customer greeted with a smile, is the product of many service industries.
Two rules: refers to workers demonstrated in their work organizations satisfied with the emotional state, such as the customer greeted with a smile.
Three efforts: the workers to adjust their emotions, to comply with the requirements of the business rules.
4 Pressure: refers to the worker by the rules to represent and maintain the emotional pressure.
5 Capacity: Refers to workers by the rules to represent and maintain the emotional capacity, and mood repair and recovery capabilities.
6 performance: the performance out of the emotional state, but not necessarily true inner emotional states. For example, customers want to be greeted with a smile, but do not have to fall in love with the customer.
